• Dairy, row crop, apple orchards, greenhouses, farm stores, vegetable, equine, beef, woodlots, poultry, wineries, distilleries, cideries, vineyards, cannabis, maple, recreation, and conservation easements

Industrial and Commercial

• Light manufacturing, R&D, life sciences facilities, warehouses, sawmills, solar, feed mills, land development, auto dealerships, slaughterhouses, sand & gravel mines, retail, office, and multi-family residential

I hold the Accredited Rural Appraiser (A.R.A.) designation, which is awarded by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers to those members who have had years of experience, are technically trained, have passed a rigid examination, and subscribe to a high code of ethics.

I am also a licensed Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 Remote Pilot.
