I completed my first agricultural real estate appraisal in 1997 while working as a loan officer in the Farm Credit system.  I became a Tax Specialist for Farm Credit in 1998, and worked with many complex LLC and corporate family businesses in their tax, estate, and succession planning, becoming a Business Consultant for Farm Credit in 2017.  I earned my New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraisal license in 2005, and my Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation in 2008.  I am currently also working to obtain my PhD in Geographic Information Science from Texas State University.

My goal is to provide superior quality appraisals and consulting, completed in a timely manner and under the highest ethical standards.
